Dieppe Raid 2024

This year 12 members of the club attended our 5th Dieppe Raid and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. In past years the number of attendees has been limited by problems finding accommodation with sufficient bike storage. This storage problem has now been resolved so in 2024 there will be no limit on numbers. The official Dieppe ride will take place on Sunday 30th June and usually has routes of 30k, 60k, 100k and 140k so there is something for everyone. We will travel out on the 5pm ferry from Newhaven on Thursday 27th and return on the noon ferry on Monday 1st giving 3 full days riding.  Based on previous years the cost will be between £250 and £300 for travel and accommodation but excluding food. It may be possible for travel dates to be modified if some people wish to stay shorter or longer. Booking normally takes place in December but if you think you may be interested please let me know before the end of September. I do not need a firm commitment yet but it would be useful to have an idea of possible overall numbers.
